I have compiled a decent amount of small, quick and easy to make desserts, some are invented by myself or people in my life like the first recipe. I hope you enjoy them and have fun making these delicious desserts!

Strawberry-Chocolate Blend

What you need:

-One cup strawberries

-¼ of a normal bar of chocolate (Milk, dark, any base will work).

- ½ cup Half and Half

-2 Medium mixing bowls

Instructions:

-First, cut the strawberries into quarters and put them in a bowl.

-Next you have to open the Half and Half cream and pour it into half a cup, then put the cream into the bowl with the strawberries.

-Now take the chocolate and put it in the second bowl and put it in the microwave for a minute.

-Lastly, pour the microwaved chocolate glaze over the strawberries and enjoy!

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

What you need:

-1 (18.25 ounce) package Devil’s Cake Mix

-2 Eggs

-½ cup vegetable oil

-1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

-A medium sized bowl

Instructions:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

-In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix, eggs and oil until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

-Roll the dough into walnut sized balls. Place the cookies 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.

-Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

-Serve warm with milk.

Strawberry Ice-Cream

What you need:

-1 (10 ounces) package of frozen strawberries

-½ cup sugar

-⅔ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

-Combine the strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated. Serve immediately, or freeze for up to one week!

Caramel Cake

What you need:

Cake:

-3 cups white sugar

-1 ½ cups butter

-5 eggs

-3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

-½ teaspoon baking powder

-¼ teaspoon salt

-1 ¼ cups whole milk

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Frosting:

-1 (16 ounce) package brown sugar

-1 cup butter

-¼ teaspoon salt

-⅔ cup evaporated milk

-1 (16 ounce) package confectioners’ (powdered) sugar, sifted

-2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans.

-Cream white sugar, 1 1/2 cups butter, and eggs together in a bowl. Beat well.

-Combine flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add to the sugar mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla extract.

-Beat until batter makes ribbons when falling from the whisk or beater. Divide batter among the prepared cake pans.

-Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool layers on a rack before icing, at least 1 hour.

While the cake is baking:

-Combine brown sugar, 1 cup butter, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Add evaporated milk and continue stirring. Bring to a gentle boil and let bubble for about 4 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking. Remove from heat and allow to cool, about 5 minutes.

-Mix confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract into the butter-milk mixture using an electric mixer until icing caramelizes and thickens to the desired consistency.

-Spread icing onto the cooled cake layers. Stack layers; ice top and sides.

-Enjoy!
